Candy Apples, Masks, Self-Portraits.

We have a Medieval Village on view in our showcase done by a combination of 7 & 8 graders.

Our 6th grade geometric circle string art lesson will be coming down from the showcase making room for 6th Grade Ceramic Candy Apples which are ready to be fired in the kiln.  We have red candy, chocolate and caramel flavors. The apples rolled in nuts will certainly surprise you. Wait till you see the amazing affect these glazes will offer.

Grade 7 have Papier Mache Masks being viewed in our showcase outside the cafeteria as well. These masks are expressive with added materials and textures.

Other grade 7 & 8 classes made life size self-portraits, which are now standing together along the wall on the first floor. These students are supporting our Rachel's Challenge event.
